We’re looking for digital designers across a variety of specialties:

EDM Designers: Create visually compelling and highly engaging email campaigns.
UX/UI Designers: Develop seamless, user-friendly digital interfaces that enhance customer experiences.
Motion Graphic Designers: Bring static content to life with dynamic, visually captivating animations.
Visual Designers: Design striking visuals that communicate brands' messages clearly and creatively.
Web Designers: Build visually stunning and highly functional websites that engage and convert.

To be considered, you should be proficient in one or more of the following areas, and demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent work:

Proficiency in industry-standard software: A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Animate, Premier Pro etc.) is essential. Familiarity with other tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and XD for UX/UI projects is a big plus.
Proven experience in your design niche: Whether it's EDM, web design, or motion graphics, we want to see what you've done and the impact it's had.
A sharp creative eye: You’ll be a designer who understands the balance between form and function, and who can make visually stunning work without sacrificing usability or clarity.
Flexibility and adaptability: The digital landscape is always shifting, and we're looking for people who can thrive in different environments, whether it's a fast-paced campaign or a slow-burn project.

Many of these requirements are onsite, although some may be open to hybrid work models.
