You will be the single point of contact for the site, working collaboratively alongside the Marketing, IT, and Design teams to ensure the brand's online presence is accurate, optimized, and functional.
You'll have a deep understanding of CMS platforms and SEO best practices , and you'll be able to utilise your experience to own the day-to-day site maintenance—from managing product pages to supporting platform migrations.
Because this is a flat hierarchy, you'll be someone who is happy to roll up your sleeves for the more admin based operational tasks; this includes manually generating voucher codes, managing product data via Excel, and directly responding to online customer enquiries to resolve site issues.
You'll have come from a similar background having managed eCommerce environments—ideally with exposure to ERP-led workflows —and have the technical grit to troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS and manage site navigation to support the user journey.
This is a permanent requirement reporting directly to the IT Manager. You'll need to be a proactive, organized individual who is comfortable being the "go-to" person for the website in a fast-paced environment.
Obviously, you’ll be right across Google Analytics and Search Console, as well as being highly proficient in at least one major CMS such as Shopify or WordPress.
