This role is absolutely ideal for a Studio and Production Manager who knows how to implement processes and manage an in-house studio to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all campaigns and brand assets. You'll be the one coming up with the process, and have the energy and the vision to ensure that you drive it and have everyone onboard.
You’ll be hands-on in this role, from receiving and evaluating creative briefs to managing integrated content design, and overseeing all work produced by the studio ensuring that it adheres to the brand guidelines. You will be the key person liaising between internal and external stakeholders and contacts while also managing resource scheduling, final sign-offs and ensuring that every job is produced on time, within budget and of the highest quality.
You’ll be able to bring in your experience and knowledge to help fine tune a well-structured workflow process designed to support a multi-tiered cross functional team and to provide the support and direction to each of your reports. With that, you’re a manager who strives to bring the best out of your people, and who leads with positivity and can champion your team.
In this role, you’ll be given full permission to offer your insight and suggestions from process through to application, contributing ideas, suggestions and improvements. You’ll have experience previously with workflow process design and management, ensuring a seamless end-to-end delivery.
You live from a detailed schedule and you know where each project is and how far off the deadline you are. Your production management skills have seen you fine tune your negotiation skills and you pride yourself on getting the best rates and costs available while ensuring that your team has all the resources that they need to successfully hit their deadlines.
You’re someone who has the confidence to be able to work autonomously and the communication skills to keep everyone on the same page. You’re passionate about your industry, and you’ll contribute to the delivery of best-practice and innovative marketing content that is aligned to this company's brand DNA.
You’re completely comfortable in preparing briefs and working with stakeholders to fully understand what they require. You’re hands on with mentoring your team too, offering creative ideation and direction on design concepts.
To be suitable for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years experience in a marketing operations, traffic management or studio management role, and experience in developing and managing multi-channel asset production in line with allocated budgets including video, print, photography and tv.
Given the fast paced and high volume nature of this role, you’ll need to have excellent project management and leadership experience with strong commercial acumen, critical thinking skills and experience working with a broad spectrum of suppliers.
This role WILL require you to be onsite a few days a week in the head office in the near future so only apply if you are in Melbourne, available to work both onsite and remotely, and have been vaccinated.
