The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Studio Coordinator to act as the essential link between our client-facing Account Managers and the internal design team. This is a hands on support role for a busy four-month window, ensuring that communication is seamless and project momentum is maintained.
The Day-to-Day
This role is about the "nitty-gritty" of studio life. You will be the primary point of contact for the Account Service team, helping to translate requirements into the studio and ensuring the creative team has what they need to succeed.
You'll be across project management tools, and responsible for keeping these systems updated, following up on administrative tasks, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- The "Glue": Acting as the daily bridge between Account Managers and the Studio to ensure clear internal flow.
- Project Tracking: Monitoring the progress of design tasks to ensure they are traveling on schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Checking work to ensure it has been completed properly and meets the brief before it moves to the next stage.
- Administrative Follow-up: Handling the essential "nitty-gritty" tasks and documentation that keep a studio organized.
- Tech Adoption: Using and maintaining our project management software to keep all project data accurate.
- Background: Experience in a fast-paced design studio or a large corporate in-house creative environment.
- The "Nitty-Gritty": Someone who genuinely enjoys the details and isn't afraid of the administrative follow-ups required to keep a team moving.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using project management software; experience with Basecamp or ClickUp is a major plus.
- Quality Focused: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to verify that work is "done right."
