About the Role:
As their Social Content Producer, you'll be the "glue" that brings strategic social plans to life. Reporting to the Content Strategy Manager, you'll sit between senior leadership and the studio team to ensure that social-first creative projects not only meet but exceed expectations. Your knack for social-first storytelling and your ability to pivot with the fast-paced nature of social media will be instrumental in ensuring their content is not just on brand, but truly engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, social-first creative content (TikTok, Instagram) that aligns with their brand strategy.
- Act as a hands-on producer, filming and editing content independently using an iPhone and CapCut.
- Manage deadlines and workflow with finesse, capturing "behind the scenes" and bite-sized assets during larger production shoots.
- Foster collaborative relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and external agency partners.
- You excel at social-first production, understanding exactly what visual styles and formats perform best on platform.
- You tackle challenges with a flexible mindset, navigating complex stakeholder environments and shifting deadlines with ease.
- You're a master at self-management, coordinating your own activities and monitoring progress to ensure the timely delivery of content.
- 'Easygoing' and approachable attitude with the ability to manage diverse personalities effectively.
- You've come from a similar retail background or similar role, including in PR or agency.
- Experience managing multiple social projects and workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive under the pressure of a fast-moving retail calendar.
- You'll ideally have come from a social agency or content studio background; you are comfortable working across multiple projects and have the ability to manage stakeholders effortlessly. An understanding of DIY trends and retail communication will absolutely be a benefit to your application.
