This is a short-term engagement focused on establishing the look and feel and overall visual direction of a significant campaign.
Important: This is not logo design. The role is entirely about campaign-level creative, concept development, and visual storytelling.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior internal creatives to generate multiple high-level concepts for internal presentation.
What you’ll be working on:
- Leading the development of the campaign’s look and feel
- Creating multiple brand-led campaign concepts for internal presentation
- Designing 6–8 poster directions using varied photography
- Establishing typographic direction, including how type interacts with imagery
- Producing a small suite of supporting campaign assets including stakeholder packs.
- Ensuring all creative aligns with Brand Victoria state government guidelines
- A seasoned designer with deep experience shaping campaign-level creative, not logo or corporate identity design
- Strong conceptual thinker with proven ability to set visual direction
- Highly skilled in art direction, typographic systems, and campaign storytelling
- Confident working independently at a senior level
- Adept at working within established government brand frameworks while delivering elevated, fresh creative
