This project is scheduled to commence late January to mid-February 2026 (exact start date to be confirmed)..
This is a conceptually driven role requiring a senior creative with campaign experience. You’ll be developing 2–3 fully realised campaign concepts that communicate a core message to a broad audience across digital, social and print formats.
Important: This is NOT a corporate or departmental campaign, and not a branding or logo design brief. The focus is campaign-level creative and visual storytelling that cuts through – distinctive, bold, and aligned with the tone of voice, accessibility standards, and message of the brief.
What you’ll be working on:
- Developing the visual concept and direction of a high-impact campaign involving multiple public partners and the Victorian Government.
- Producing 2–3 fully executed campaign concepts across social, print and digital applications.
- Creating campaign visuals using provided photography, text and logos – including layout systems, typographic treatments, colour palettes and graphic effects.
- Ensuring all design aligns with WCAG AA accessibility standards (e.g. colour contrast, font sizing).
- Working collaboratively with various external and internal stakeholders and agencies.
- A senior designer with strong experience delivering conceptual advertising campaigns – across both print and digital formats.
- Strong in strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret briefs and creatively communicate complex messages to the public.
- Confident working independently to deadline.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Canva Pro a bonus but not required).
- Familiar with WCAG 2.1 AA principles and practical application in campaign design.
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating remotely in real-time.
- Remote only (within Australia).
- Must be available during standard working hours (9:00am–5:30pm) – no overtime.
- Collaboration via Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Must have current Adobe CC access and compatible Mac hardware.
- Project may lead to further engagement based on campaign success.
