They're looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Weight Designer who has experience, talent and a love for designing presentations (e.g. PPT, Keynote, Google Slides, etc), graphic design and branding for a permanent position.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating exciting presentations for clients that can bring their stories to life, ensuring their quality, consistency and effectiveness.
You're a creative who knows how powerfully the combination of presentations, graphic design and branding can be, and you enjoy turning complex information and ideas into visual communications that are accessible and meaningful.
Within this creative studio, each designer will manage their projects from start to finish, taking the initial briefs, communicating with the clients, collaborating with team members where necessary and sharing the final output. Your own experience means that you work as a holistic creative, strategic and detail-oriented, who is able to work across each aspect of the project seamlessly and easily.
With that, you know that problem solving is absolutely one of your strengths. Once you have the brief, you're driven to ensure that you get the work done and produce something you'll be proud of and that the client will simply love. You're collaborative in your approach as well and always happy to be curious and open to finding a better way.
You manage your own time well, knowing that deadlines need to be met but also taking pride in producing something that you feel is as close to perfect as possible.
You don't have to have come from a Presentation Specialist/Designer role previously - although it would help - but you will need to have strong industry experience in this space and examples in your folio to highlight this.
This agency prove that presentations are just as dynamic and exciting as any other visual medium and your design skills will highlight that. If you've got a folio that focuses on information and document design along with templates, this will be an added bonus.
Good presentations is all about visual storytelling and you'll have a strong ability and affinity for doing this. You'll also have excellent visual thinking skills, including aptitude for representing ideas through conceptual drawings or illustrations.
Obviously, given then nature of this role, you'll be highly proficient in CS CC (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) as well as having the flexibility to design in PowerPoint and Word as required.
For both the clients and for ensuring a great company culture, you'll have excellent communication skills, and have the capability, competency and confidence to carry projects from concept to completion. This naturally means that you have a strong attention to detail and that you thrive on ensuring accuracy, consistency and the highest quality possible.
You'll have an understanding of iterative prototyping and constructive critique as an essential part of the design process, and you'll have a folio of work from your years of experience that highlights your skill as both a presentation specialist and a graphic designer.
