What you’ll be doing:
- Working onsite alongside a small, close-knit team of designers
- Adapting and reformatting existing designs across new formats and layouts
- Contributing fresh design directions using existing creative as a starting point
- Delivering high-quality print-ready artwork for trade events and promotional materials
- Managing your workload independently with minimal handholding
- Has solid experience in print design with a strong portfolio to match
- Is confident working autonomously and asking the right questions when needed
- Has a strong eye for detail and design aesthetic
- Is experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Can hit the ground running in a fast-paced MAC-based studio environment
- Is proactive, reliable, and a great cultural fit for a passionate team
A great attitude is really important for this client, and you'll have both the ability to follow/take direction from your peers while also being willing to show and take initiative when unguided.
You'll be hands on, quick and efficient, and proactive at interpreting briefs. Software wise, you'll be across the key programs in Creative Suite, although a knowledge of Sketch would be an absolute bonus.
This is an onsite requirement based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Parking is available around the location, and there is a local bus service to the location for public transport.
