About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to work onsite 5 days a week for 3 to 5 weeks, starting ideally on Tuesday, 20th May. You’ll be working with existing footage from a recently produced TV episode. Your mission? To craft engaging, polished edits tailored for different formats and purposes.
What You’ll Do:
- Break down the episode into multiple edits: 15, 30, and 45 seconds versions.
- Create separate edits for bloopers and general show highlights.
- Format edits into various sizes as required.
- Sync edits seamlessly with music to enhance viewer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the team onsite to ensure the final cuts meet the brief.
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably with promotional or TV content.
- Strong skills in timing edits to music and creating dynamic, engaging content.
- Ability to work onsite in South Melbourne 5 days a week for the duration of the project.
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
