We’re working exclusively with a beloved Australian indoor action adventure brand to help find their next Social Media Manager. With a head office based in the south east suburbs of Melbourne, this growing business is entering an exciting new phase, with new venues opening around the country and big ambitions to expand even further.
You’ll be working closely with an established in-house marketing team, leading the day-to-day delivery of content across their social platforms - including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn - for both their flagship and preschool-focussed brands. This is a content-led, organic social role where your creative skills, energy, and technical know-how will be front and centre.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing and executing the organic social media calendar across platforms
- Creating and editing engaging, trend-savvy video content (including filming on site)
- Building relationships with venue teams to source and shape in-venue content streams
- Using tools like CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite to produce content outside of the platforms
- Coordinating with freelance videographers and internal creative teams for campaign content
- Capturing and re-sharing UGC, supporting ambassador/influencer content, and reporting on performance
What we’re looking for:
- A content-first social media creative who genuinely understands TikTok, Reels, and short-form video
- Video editing experience using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple sites or teams
- Knowledge of scheduling and planning tools like Monday.com (or similar)
- The kind of personality that gets things done — someone approachable, open to feedback, and ready to grow
- A permanent role with flexibility — full-time (five days) or part-time (four days) considered
- One day a week WFH, with the rest working with the team at head office or on-site at venues
- iPhone and tech tools provided
- Great benefits including 8 Bonus Days Off a year (BDOs), Birthday Leave, and Paid Maternity Leave
- A casual, fun, and energetic workplace that genuinely supports career development
