In this senior role, you’ll work alongside a Design Manager to uplift the visual language of a large, purpose-driven organisation — mentoring a small team of designers while helping to establish consistent, contemporary design systems that shape how millions of people engage with trusted information.
You’ll bring design excellence — nurturing emerging designers, ensuring quality across outputs, and applying your expertise in typography, layout and hierarchy to create clear, accessible and impactful communication materials.
What you’ll bring:
- Deep understanding of brand and visual identity design
- A passion for mentoring and developing other designers
- Expert knowledge of typography, layout systems and design hierarchy
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to balance structure, detail and creativity in a high-volume environment
