A successful winery is looking for a Marketing/ Graphic Design Lead to help make their brand the most memorable on the shelf. The role will be 60 - 70% marketing, so you’ll need to be a whizz with words, and have established strategies to reach out to customers, conduct market research and report on feedback and budget use. You’ll get to show your creative side too, designing labels, website and social content, as well as directing bottle shoots.
Their products appeal to a range of wine drinkers, and they focus on making fun and creative labels and products. They have a warm, welcoming team who love to chat and will show you the ropes (or vines?) of the wine industry.

You’ll need to bring the following to the table:
Marketing experience, and the ability to lead marketing processes
Graphic Design skills and proficiency across the Adobe Suite
Ability to manage budgets
Experience in a small business also desirable
