Our client is on the lookout for a Midweight Graphic & Digital Designer to bring product stories to life across digital and physical retail environments.

About the Role
You’ll join a close-knit design team creating graphics across a wide-ranging product line – from cricket bags and footballs to custom retail graphics for retail stores and social campaigns. Your work will appear across:
eCommerce sites
In-store visual merchandising
Social media
B2B retail partner platforms
You’ll collaborate with internal teams across design, marketing, eComm and sales – delivering creative that’s functional, brand-aligned and consumer-ready.
Tools of the Trade that you've mastered
Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Figma or Sketch
Strong attention to detail + creative problem solving
End-to-end design execution from concept through to artwork
Location & Flexibility
Based in Melbourne’s southeast suburbs
3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

You
3–5 years’ experience as a graphic/digital designer
Background in retail, eComm, or branded product design
Passion for sport is a bonus – but not essential
You must have a folio showing product-applied graphics and campaign creative
