You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and jump into content calendars and campaign posting, but you’re looking for a role that will really see you expand your skills and move on to higher-level thinking.
An innovative start-up is looking for a Digital Marketer to join their team, which currently includes a Marketing Assistant to help you run the day-to-day, and a Head of Marketing to drive the bigger-picture strategy (the dream team!). With 120 staff overall, they have already established themselves in the market, and there is plenty of room for you to grow with them as they expand further. This is the sort of place that will see you jump up several rungs in just a few years.
The company has been described as “a real estate agency without the ego” and is far from your typical real estate feel. Whether you’ve been in the industry before and didn’t love the vibe, or have been in a completely different area, this team will have you feeling valued, trusted, and hitting the ground running.
The role itself will include plenty of variety - you would work across the three different arms of the business for both paid and organic content including social posts, EDMs, blogs, videos, and website updates. There will be an in-house Digital Designer who will bring all of your amazing ideas to life, meaning you can do what you do best and really make an impact.
In order to join their high-performing team, you’ll need to be all over the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Instagram, LinkedIn, Semrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor. If you have skills in Adobe suite and copywriting experience then they’ll love you even more!
The office is based in Mount Waverly, with hybrid working and flexibility for their team members - they may even make this role part-time for the right candidate.
I’d love to answer any questions you may have, and see if you would be a good fit, so please send your CV to email@example.com or give me a call on 0468 385 638.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
