Our client is an all rounder boutique agency that focuses on brand design, website design services (award winning!) and performance marketing. This includes Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, SEOs and EDMs.
They are an inclusive team of high performers looking for 2x Account Managers to join their growing team in Mount Waverley.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients at once
- Being the main point of contact between specialists and clients
- Confidently talk about digital strategies and upselling these
- Work alongside technology specialists to execute strategies
- Present at monthly internal client meetings
About you:
- At least 3 years Digital experience, preferably in Account Management, Client Services/Client Management
- Strong communication skills (one on one and in a group)
- High attention to detail, ensuring all work going out to clients is error free
- Proactive individual who can work independently
- Great problem solver who is always up for a challenge
- Quick learner who is confident at managing processes and accounts
