What I learned was, it doesn’t matter how good you are at what you do, if the culture isn’t right for you, you’ll never feel satisfied.
Feeling a bit like that?
Then it’s time to think about making a move to a company that will truly value you, where you don’t need to burn the midnight oil, miss out on weekends and be forever anxious.
This independent creative agency is lead by founders who value collaboration, who have a high care factor for each other and for work/life balance and who, unapologetically, say no to big egos.
As the Creative Director for this growing agency, you’ll lead and mentor a talented team of designers and writers, guiding them through the brand creation process.
You’ll have permission from the on-set to share your big ideas and to create positive change.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Heading up the creative across all business streams
- Shaping brand standards
- Developing brand strategies
- Leading creative brainstorming sessions
- Leading multiple projects from conception to completion
- Inspiring, motivating and driving innovative thinking
- Fostering and building positive relationships internally and externally
- Building on an already dynamic and nurturing culture
A little about you:
- You will have at least 10 years experience in brand strategy, campaign creation, branding identity and design and marketing and social media.
- You are known for being a creative problem solver, thinking through complex problems in a strategic manner.
- You let your work speak for itself and you know the difference between showing and telling.
- Your career highlights include successful branding campaigns that have driven awareness, increased market share and business growth.
- You lean more towards being a branding expert rather than a copywriter.
