About the Role
We are currently seeking Mid-Weight Branding Designers with backgrounds in Illustration to fill multiple roles for our clients in upcoming 3 month contracts. Your creative flair and innovative ideas will be highly valued.
This role will be located on-site in the Sydney CBD. As occasional client visits are a part of the role, having access to a car and a full driver's license is essential in order to be considered.
About You
In this position, you will be responsible for creating branding solutions for various clients. As a passionate designer your portfolio should reflect work that showcases the following:
Visual Identity Design and Illustration: Create logos, illustrations, typography, colour palettes and imagery for the relevant brand's identities.
Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain comprehensive guidelines for consistent use of visual elements across media.
Marketing Collateral: Design materials like brochures, flyers, posters, banners and digital assets aligned with the brand's visual identity.
Website and UI Design: Collaborate on website layouts, graphics, icons and UI for a cohesive brand experience online.
Advertising and Evolution: Design visuals for diverse campaigns and adapt the brand's visual identity for ongoing relevance, collaborating with marketing teams and incorporating client feedback.
Skills and Qualifications Required
Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual art, or a related field.
Creative Skills: Strong creative and conceptual thinking to develop unique and memorable design and illustrative solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and manipulate visual assets.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision to ensure your work meets quality standards.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to explain design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
