With offices in Brussels, New York, Geneva and Melbourne, it's hard to look past this branding agency. If you’re a proactive, quick-thinking and collaborative Project Manager, looking to lead creatives who are at the top of their industry, then this role could be the perfect fit.
Covering a 12 month maternity contract, but with opportunity for a permanent position, you’ll be joining a small but high performing studio who are part of an international network of designers. With exciting and high-profile clients, this role would see you drive timelines, budgets and workflow within the studio, as well as managing communication with clients. You’ll also report to the directors, and provide innovative ideas for new systems and procedures.
Whilst workflow processes are already in place, this role will give you the opportunity to make your mark, and demonstrate your ability to problem solve and work independently. You’ll need to bring your strong communication skills, as well as planning, resourcing and client management abilities.
The team is dynamic, collaborative and caring, with regular catch-ups and the opportunity to visit international offices. They have monthly team lunches, and flexible working arrangements, with the majority of work hours being in their central Richmond office.
In order to be considered, you will need to bring:
3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a design or branding studio
Ability to manage timelines and use planning software
Experience managing budgets and contractors
Ability to proofread and check presentations/ client materials
Strong client relationship management and the ability to manage incoming business
You’ll also need to be happy to jump into different tasks where required, and respond to the needs of the studio. In return, you will be welcomed into the team and afforded trust to get your work done. There will also be opportunities to attend events and meet creatives around Australia and internationally, and most importantly, there is room for growth in the role as the studio expands.
Please note:
Only those who fit the above criteria will be responded to.
You must have full working rights in Australia.
You must be based in Melbourne.
