The role:
This is a specialist role for someone with a proven FMCG packaging background. You’ll be the driving force across key Consumer Brand client portfolios — leading new brand identities, packaging rollouts, packaging refreshes, and consumer brand communications (including digital and social).
You’ll be fully client-facing and trusted to run WIPs and relationships with senior brand managers, backed by a highly experienced internal team spanning strategy, insights, writing, creative, and finished art.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead FMCG packaging clients confidently and independently
- Manage complex project workflows with minimal support
- Bring curiosity and commercial awareness to client conversations — beyond the basics of project management
- Significant experience managing FMCG packaging clients within a brand packaging or branding agency
- Deep knowledge of the packaging production process — from concepts to GS1 barcodes and live shelf execution
- Confidence navigating complex brand portfolios with large SKU counts
- Familiarity with NPD cycles, pack rollouts, SKU updates and brand refreshes
- Strong project management and client leadership skills — able to operate autonomously
- Largest, independently owned, highly regarded branding business
