Job Description
This agencies’ collaborative team has many moving parts and are forward thinking in design and innovation. You will work closely with the directors, client service, design and finished art teams to deliver excellence in branding and design for well-known consumer brands predominantly in the FMCG space.
In this pivotal role as Production Manager, you will work from initial client briefing assessing print specs and best solution, design and artwork coordination, implementing processes to improve studio workflow, proofing artwork, checking print ready files and print supplier management.
A minimum of 5 years agency experience is required for this role and is open to a Production Manager or Artworker who is competent, determined, driven with a character for quality and timeliness.
Strong print experience is required, as is an understanding of creative print solutions and cutting edge packaging techniques (plastics, cardboards, laminates, foils). You are savvy and quick working in the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and ideally Keynote, as well as experienced creating artwork and working within brand guidelines.
Personality wise, you are friendly, with a great attitude, a strong communicator, who is highly organised, driven, flexible and open to working with teams and management at all levels.
