This client’s collaborative team has many moving parts and are forward thinking in design and innovation. You will work closely with the directors, client service, and design teams and work to lead the production capabilities across the business. You will support and manage your team to realise creative projects and briefs, particularly across the video production and growing in-house video content teams.
In this pivotal role as Production Manager, you will work from initial client briefing, design and video coordination, implementing processes to improve studio workflow, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing team schedules, and sourcing additional production resources such as photographers, stylists and more as required.
A minimum of 4 years working in production is required. Extensive experience working across the video production life cycle and outstanding client management skills are a must. Organisation, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task and work on several different productions simultaneously across pre- and post-production is paramount.
Personality wise, you are friendly, with a great attitude, a strong communicator, who is highly organised, driven, flexible and open to working with teams and management at all levels. You will be a leader, a person your team can look to for support.
