Our client is on the search for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer specializing in packaging design. This is an incredible chance to create stunning packaging designs and engaging social media content for a boutique brand supplier. This hybrid role is set to start in the upcoming year.
A proven track record in packaging design is a must. While experience with social media design would be an advantage it is not essential. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with clients, marketing teams and product managers for concept development and understanding packaging objectives.
Ensuring alignment of packaging designs with the brand's visual identity, values, and messaging.
Creating visually appealing graphics and typography to convey essential product information.
Developing packaging's physical structure, considering size, shape, materials and functionality.
Oversee the entire production process, including prototyping, material selection, printing specifications and regulatory compliance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design or a related field.
Experience: Background in graphic or industrial design with a focus on product packaging.
Creativity: Strong creative and visual design skills, including typography, colour theory and layout.
