Mid-weight Graphic Designer
|Job Title:||Mid-weight Graphic Designer|
|Contact Name:||Lawrence Akers|

The client is looking for somebody who has diversity in their design. While you'll be working on one brand, there are multiple styles required and so having someone who can be conceptual in their layout working with those existing styles is going to be perfect for this opportunity. If you've got great typographic skills and conceptual design layout skills utilising existing elements, then this could be a perfect assignment for you!
This opportunity will be working under a Senior team and so this opportunity requires someone who understands how to work well with Senior Designers and who also is comfortable doing their work from design through to Finished Art.
You'll be an excellent communicator, able to communicate creative recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to the team as well as to the internal stakeholders that you may be working with. This may include participation in client presentations, internal feedback meetings and other weekly meeting requirements.
You'll have a great work ethic about you - professional, personable and mature - and pride yourself on being able to successfully manage your own time so that you ensure no deadline is ever missed and that you continue to produce work of the highest quality.
Your prior experience working with style guides means that you're capable of rolling out of artwork in line within established guidelines, working across layout and design, collateral roll out, design amends, finished art, illustrator maps, infographics, digital and print assets, PPT/Word collateral, long document formatting, creative design layout, branding, template work, press ready artwork and more.
Due to the nature of the work, there may also be the occasional requirement with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, and someone who knows how to do accessible documents is going to be an advantage.
Of course, you'll also be right across the Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) using a MAC environment.
This is a five day a week, onsite assignment. Unfortunately, this opportunity is NOT suitable for anyone who is after a part time arrangement or who is wishing to work offsite. If you are unable to do five days a week onsite, please don't apply.
If this sounds like you and you wish to apply, then please feel free to send your CV and folio through to Lawrence at Creative Recruiters via firstname.lastname@example.org or apply via the link below.
Please note, while we would love to be able to get back to everyone, we will only respond to shortlisted applicants. This role is only open to those who are Australian residents.
