Our client is a leading provider of water services in Melbourne, and are on the lookout for a Group Manager - Marketing, Communications and Engagement for a temporary assignment of 6 weeks.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing, Communications, and Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ reputation, building customer and employee trust, and driving positive behaviour change. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating with the Strategy and Stakeholder leadership team to improve customer experience, increase water literacy, and achieve cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Brand & Campaigns, Communications, and Community & Stakeholder Engagement teams.
- Provide strategic advice to the executive management team and the Board on public policy, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
- Lead, delegate, coach, and develop the branch effectively.
- Contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives through decision-making.
- Promote and drive a strong safety and wellbeing culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading marketing, communications, and engagement within a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical ability to leverage customer data for insights and strategic decision-making.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs and balance messaging for different customer segments.
