Our client, a reputable lighting manufacturer, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee all social media platforms, taking charge of strategy, implementation, and performance across various digital marketing channels.
About the position
This is a permanent part time role (22- 24 hours per week), this individual will be expected to be onsite 3 days a week. Their office space is located in Melbourne, sitting just outside of CBD.
We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to play a pivotal role in supporting their marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
The primary focus of this role is to advance our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. You will introduce fresh ideas to enhance the company's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives across diverse channels.
- Expand social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. This involves consistent posting, strategic paid promotions, and in-depth analytical research to optimize our online visibility.
- Track and analyse digital analytics, providing biannual reports on our progress toward achieving social media objectives.
- Contribute proactively to the development of digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee the project photography database, collaborating with photographers to obtain necessary licenses.
- Maintain and curate the website homepage, ensuring it is regularly updated with current product and project information.
- Monitor website analytics for inclusion in the biannual digital marketing report.
- Manage digital newsletters
- Design company communications, including promotional materials, website content, materials for product launches, and social media assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with the architectural or design industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
