This role will see you play a pivotal role in delivering visual communications that support the marketing strategies and campaigns for this well known brand. You'll be working across a few of the in house teams to design and develop creative and engaging social and digital concepts.
Your past similar experience means that you know your target audiences and amplification strategies to achieve the maximum awareness and engagement. What you produce will have high visual impact and is customer focused, and you'll be able to deliver end-to-end creative development and implementation across all digital platforms.
You'll be able to offer your expertise to guide and influence internal stakeholders, capable of managing the creative process and to provide a review of work practices on a regular basis in order to identify improvements and simplify the workflow process.
As you'll be working on multiple projects and to tight deadlines, being able to take responsibility for pre and post production and managing your time to produce quality work is important. You'll be able to maintain high attention to detail with quality assurance to produce accurate and high-quality work.
You'll have skills across the Adobe CC Suite, knowledge of frontend coding (HTML5) and demonstrated understanding of code and digital processes and project management.
You'll be across responsive, customer-centric and conversion-focused design, and experience in basic animation (After Effects, Animate or equivalent).
You'll have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), a sharp eye for detail with good creative sensibility, and be an enthusiastic and driven team player who takes pride in creating great work.
A knowledge of CSS, AMPScript and Salesforce would be highly regarded as would experience with workflow software.
