Job Description

One of Australia’s most iconic and loved brands is looking for a Creative Lead to work in their in-house agency.  This is the perfect role for a Senior Art Director based Creative to make that move from Adland to Client-side.  

Working closely with the Head of Production, the Creative Lead will be responsible for leading all forms of creative vision within the in-house agency team. Supporting and executing brand campaigns for a vast portfolio of brands to  deliver on the key strategic objectives.
Key accountabilities:

  • Develop creative concepts using digital and social storytelling that drives real outcomes
  • Actively seek and pitch for new business from current in-house clients or prospective ones through creative ideas to help solve business problems.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by designers.
  • Uncover cultural trends and consumer insights from analytics, research and feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across brand profiles.
  • Manage and coach a team of content managers and editors, including monitoring progress, setting strategic priorities and developing capabilities.

To be successful in this role you will have:


  • 6+  years of agency experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Understanding emerging platforms and the evolving media landscape, knowing what it takes to make something new, engaging and relevant in a world of changing appetites and decreasing attention spans.
