Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our client’s premier visualisation studio, which specialises in creating high-quality visual content for the architectural, interior design, and product development industries. Renowned for their detailed 3D renderings and animation the team collaborates with world-class designers and artists to produce visuals that are both realistic and artistically captivating.
About the Role
This role is crucial for managing client relationships, ensuring project delivery, and driving the growth and retention of client accounts. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships through effective communication via email, phone, online presentations, and meetings.
Plan and execute client meetings according to the studio’s project process and educate clients to ensure smooth project outcomes.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders, regularly updating them on project progress and addressing any issues promptly.
Project Coordination & Management
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and studio standards.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to set project timelines and manage competing priorities.
Keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle and track any changes in project scope or client briefs.
Team Collaboration & Information Management
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve project issues.
Participate in internal meetings and reviews to ensure projects align with briefs.
Manage project files and ensure accurate documentation and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
Account Growth & Retention
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion within existing client relationships.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies for increased client engagement and loyalty.
Gather client feedback to improve services and onboard new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
About You
Proven experience as an Account Manager or related role, with a track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering projects on time.
Familiarity in project management software and client management tools.
Understanding of construction management and design terms, with the ability to read architectural and interior drawings is a bonus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high attention to detail and excellent task and time management abilities.
Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building and conflict resolution.
Proactive and forward-thinking in developing and executing strategic plans, with a flexible attitude and readiness to adapt to changes and shifting priorities within a dynamic studio setting.
Their dog friendly studio space is absolutely stunning, featuring a gorgeous outdoor area located in one of Melbourne’s beautiful inner northern suburbs. Initially, this role will require full-time on-site presence for the first six months, after which it will transition to a hybrid arrangement.
