We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Traffic Coordinator to join our client's team on a freelance basis.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage tight deadlines and enjoys being the key point of contact for multiple projects.
You’ll have the flexibility to work completely remotely while managing the coordination of an exciting brand awareness campaign.
Your day-to-day will include:
Liaising with external agencies and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing projects.
Managing the project timelines, setting up meetings, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Serving as a reliable point of contact for agencies, helping align their work with campaign goals and ensuring they have all necessary information.
Checking in and keeping everyone on track with deadlines and deliverables.

You have experience in project management or traffic coordination. It’d be a bonus if this experience comes from within a marketing or advertising setting.
You have a proven track record in working autonomously, with proven skills in organising, tracking, and following up on various tasks.
You’re a strong communicator who can keep everyone on the same page and moving forward.
This role is set to run until December, with the potential for future assignments if it’s a great fit. You’ll be needed for 2-3 hours a day, Monday to Friday, making it a great role for someone seeking flexibility outside of their existing schedule.
