About the Role
In this on-site position, you will work closely with the current Social Media Specialist who focuses on womenswear, report directly to the Director, and collaborate with fellow creatives within the existing team. Your main focus will be to continue building on social media marketing deliverables with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the social calendar for the men’s shoes range and execute monthly marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.
- Design, create, and implement content for social posts, focusing on Instagram and Facebook.
- Oversee data models to measure cost efficiency and identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries via social media and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop influencer partnerships and work with third-party videographers to produce engaging content.
- Monitor and report on Facebook Ads to drive conversions and brand awareness.
What Do you Bring to the Table?
- Strong social media experience within the fashion retail industry, with a solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook, and a keen awareness of emerging trends.
- Skilled in creating, monitoring, and reporting on Facebook Ads to build brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Experience running monthly marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and drive customer engagement.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Schedugram, along with analytics tools like Iconosquare and Google Analytics.
- Experience building influencer partnerships by collaborating with influencers and stylists to produce engaging content.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) for basic photo editing is preferred.
- Lastly, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for uncovering new ideas and social media innovations, bringing your creativity and fresh concepts to the table.
