Your Role:
As the Head of Creative Content, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic content direction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of innovative content strategies that engage both national and international audiences.
- Spearheading the integration and coordination of all creative content activities across digital and traditional platforms.
- Managing a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality digital, print, and multimedia content.
- Ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives, enhancing the brand and broadening the outreach.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to expand creative horizons and implement cutting-edge content solutions.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in creative content development within marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A proven track record of developing strategic content that effectively communicates and engages a broad audience spectrum.
- Expertise in digital transformation and audience engagement strategies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage various platforms for optimal reach and impact.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and drive a team towards innovative content solutions.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- Experience in the cultural sector or similar industries, bringing a nuanced approach to content that resonates on a cultural level.
