About the Role
In this vibrant role, you’ll be responsible for delivering creative outputs across all brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce, you’ll collaborate with marketing, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistency and premium standards in all design work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing creative work for digital media, including websites, eDMs, social media, display ads, affiliates, and campaigns.
- Producing marketing material in line with brand guidelines and maintaining a high standard across various formats.
- Retouching imagery, including resizing and colour correcting, ensuring all designs meet tight deadlines.
- Bringing your unique flair to enhance the brand’s digital presence and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management skills and an understanding of digital design requirements.
About You
- 3+ years of Graphic & Digital Design experience, ideally in agency or fast-paced retail environments.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communications, or a similar field.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have experience in UX & UI principles and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing is a plus but not essential. Familiarity with Klaviyo for email building is preferred but not required.
- You are a resourceful and motivated self-starter with strong organisational skills and a passion for beauty and wellness.
