Do you think you need a CV if you have an up to date LinkedIn Profile?

Vanessa and Houmi have different opinions on this topic.

Whilst Vanessa believes that you always need to have a CV, Houmi argues that some professionals such as designers could get away with just a LinkedIn profile if they are a freelancer.  

On the other hand, both of them agree that you need a CV when you are looking for a permanent position.
