Translating stories into content-led campaigns that bring key messages to life. You will actively track the effectiveness of content deliverables and bring fresh creative thinking to projects, building on successes, and learning from experiments. Above all else, you will have a genuine passion for brand building, and won’t be afraid of getting up-close and personal with clients and partners to tell impactful stories that drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content generation — Production of EDMs, blog posts, social media content and other deliverables that connect our clients with their customers and their employees.
● Content management — Manage content channels including blogs and social media channels to ensure they perform well for clients’ objectives.
● Key campaign execution — Support key campaigns including seasonal campaigns, company transformation projects etc through content.
● Internal comms support — Support the comms team to ensure that information is delivered in a compelling and effective way.
● Creative ideation — Develop fresh and insightful ideas that maximise the use of talent, brand and product opportunities across our clients’ and their partners’ channels.
● Monitoring & improvement — Reporting on the success of content channels, implementing plans to improve how we use content to deliver key messages.
● Leading & educating — Coach graduates’ skillsets and contribute knowledge to the broader agency, keeping us on top of content & industry trends.
Experience :
● 2+ years in a content role, working in a marketing or creative agency, or in-house for a brand.
● Proven creative thinking skills — Experience developing creative content ideas, and exploring new ways for brands to use content to drive impact.
● Proven content generation and copywriting skills — Experience developing calendars, plans and executing to high standards.
● Proven ability to deliver world-class content and creative ideas.
● Demonstrated understanding of storytelling across various internal and external channels.
● Proactivity & problem-solving skills — Positivity, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for finding solutions.
● High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to collaborate with teammates to bring projects to life.
● Experience working across comms for a large national brand preferred.
● Experience working with clients in homes and interior lifestyle, and trade industries preferred.
