This role will see you work with the Digital Design team in their production of assets (comprising Digital, eCommerce, Social and eDM) across their retailers key brands.
You'll be responsible for the digital creative process from concept to completion and will allow you to produce compelling and commercially focused digital campaigns.
You'll also be a brand and creative guardian in this role, maintaining brand heritage whilst evolving creatively in line with business objectives, ensuring visual communication standards are met.
You'll be someone who is looking to mentor, develop, support, and manage the digital design team throughout the creative process, creating a vision that helps to bring the team in and have them all engaged.
Our client is looking to take on that someone who has experience across all of digital, someone with 4+ years of experience who wants to take the next step in their career and take on a role where they can be guided in becoming a leader.
As with any studio, there are often multiple projects going at any given time that have tight deadlines, and you'll thrive in this kind of environment. You know how to manage your time and workflow to ensure that the quality of the work being produced is of the highest quality, and taking responsibility for pre and post-production including delivering expected outcomes on time and to spec.
