The role will be a mix of production coordination, account management and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Production Coordination:
- Manage production to ensure all briefs and deadlines are met.
- Setup for print and pre-press.
- Oversee print production, liaise with clients and printers.
- Manage digital trafficking, liaise with clients, and ensure timely deployment of digital artwork.
- Manage the design studio for timely completion of projects.
- Account Management:
- Ensure the successful management of creative briefs and projects within the studio, fostering positive outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with clients and external suppliers to ensure timelines are met and within budget.
- Effectively project manage multiple initiatives, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience:
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a creative environment.
- Strong project & account management skills with a successful track record.
- Proficient in design software and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
