An innovative content agency is looking for a Mid/Senior Digital Designer to join a growing on-site studio for one of their pharmaceutical clients located in Clayton. Could this be you?
As a more Senior Designer, you’ll be reporting to the Studio Manager and working in a very friendly design team in which you will help lead and develop design strategies to deliver the client's best possible creative solution.
We are looking for creatives with a refined eye and a collaborative spirit with a thirst and knowledge for health, retail and lifestyle space.
About the role:
- Hybrid role with 2 days working from home and 3 days on site.
- Leading the conceptual development of creative projects with the ability to manage projects from conception through to finalisation.
- The responsibilities include briefing and supporting the studio team, guiding them to strive and successfully execute high-quality creative content. Design projects include website, social, display banners, EDM, presentations, and animations through printed materials and style guides.
- Oversee the team and assist with design research, mood boards, typography, storyboarding and design reference. Provide senior support and advice to creative team members on creative work and offer guidance and technical expertise to assure continual brand growth.
- Partner with Studio Manager to maintain high-quality design output across all projects and mediums across five retail brands.
About you:
- 4-6 years experience in Senior Graphic Design with a background working with digital projects. Bonus if you have experience working within health/wellness industries.
- Offer a valuable ability to support and guide creatives from the concept stage to final execution.
- Experience and sound knowledge using Adobe Creative Cloud XD/Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/After Effects/Premiere Pro/Dimensions on a Mac platform.
- Excellent conceptual and design skills and work on several projects simultaneously with a great eye for detail.
- Demonstrate the ability or aspiration to brief and art direct illustrators, photographers and videographers to create beautiful and quality content.
- Possess a robust working knowledge of design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative processes.
- Proven experience meeting deadlines whilst having a strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organisational, listening, verbal, written and presentation skills and is able to communicate thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
