The Role
We need a sharp, efficient digital production generalist or administrator to act as a website content publisher. This isn’t a role where you’ll be asked to write copy or design layouts from scratch; it’s all about execution, data transfer, and publishing precision.
You will take ready-to-go briefs and seamlessly build out articles and make page updates across our client's digital platforms. If you are highly organised, comfortable with basic digital workflows, and possess a strong eye for detail, the team will fully train you up on their specific platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Because this is a rapid-fire support role, we are looking for an adaptive professional who brings the following to the table:
- Data Transfer & Publishing: Taking finalised article briefs and accurately transferring that text and imagery into the system.
- Basic Page Maintenance: Jumping in to make minor, swift updates to existing web content and layout pages as required.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong day-to-day familiarity with the standard Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) to manage incoming briefs and communication.
- CMS Exposure (A Bonus!): You don't need to be a SiteCore guru—full training on SiteCore and Brightcove (video platform) will be provided! However, previous exposure to any content management system or web publishing workflow is a major plus.
- Proactive Attitude: High organisational skills, maturity, and the capability to work efficiently both independently and alongside an online support team.
- Timing: This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week contract for a duration of two months, starting immediately. Ideally would like to start on (or as close to) Tuesday 9th June 2026.
- Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, though the team is incredibly flexible and open to shifts like 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM to suit your lifestyle.
- Setup & Equipment: A fantastic hybrid arrangement. You will only be required to work on-site at their support office one day a week to catch up with the team (smart casual dress code applies), with the rest done completely remote. A dedicated loan laptop and building access card will be provided for you on day one.
If you are an efficient, reliable digital operator who loves structure and wants a great corporate brand on their resume, we want to hear from you.
Please apply with your current CV showcasing your administrative, digital production, or data entry experience.
Please note, while we would love to be able to get back to everyone, we will only respond to shortlisted applicants. We are keen to hear from Australian Residents as well as Working Holiday VISA holders who are currently based in Melbourne and ready to start immediately. Sadly, we won't be able to assist people based outside of Australia. An hourly rate of pay applies for this role. To help manage applications, please no phone calls or DMs; apply here.
