• Must have 3+ years experience in a full-service creative agency or account services team
• Will be proactive, industrious and driven 
• Have proven ability to manage teams - internally and externally
• Have a deep curiosity and knowledge of culture, media and technology 
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills 
• Is able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment 
• Is adept at synthesizing information and creating efficiencies
• Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Is proficient with on mac and with Microsoft Office
