Job Description

Welcome to 2021!  We’re anticipating that this year is going to see plenty of opportunities for freelance creatives and while this job ad is not for a specific job, we are putting a call out to professional freelancers who are keen to hear about opportunities over the course of this year.  If you’ve not applied to us before and you’re keen to hear about new temporary assignments as they come through and you meet the criteria listed below, then please feel free to apply.

We've looking for the best freelance Desktop Publishing talent in Melbourne to assist them in the creation of their Tender and EOI documents.

You'll have prior experience in preparing Capability Statements, Tenders and EOIs utilising both Microsoft Office and CS InDesign.

You know what this kind of environment can be like, often requiring some overtime hours depending on the urgency of the bid, and you're capable of committing to what is required in order to give a high quality tender document completed.

To be considered, you will ideally have 3+ years experience in a similar role along with an exceptional attention to detail.  You'll be able to meet tight deadlines and manage your own workload.

Ideally, you'll have a folio showcasing your work in this area although we understand that there is going to be some sensitivities and confidentiality around this.

If you're interested, then feel free to apply below or email through your CV and folio to  Please note that we may not get back to you immediately on this; it is an expression of interest.

Please note that this is only open to Australian residents or people with appropriate Working Holiday VISAs.  While we would like to get back to everybody, we will only be able to get back to people who are shortlisted.
