Job Description
If you're a Studio Manager who also has hands on graphic design experience, then this could be the ideal freelance opportunity for you.
For this role, you must have a solid and demonstrable studio management set of skills. You'll be able to highlight your experience in a similar role (proofing, estimates/quoting (financial experience), art direction, proofing, feedback, management of designers/freelancers etc.
You'll also have the ability to be hands on with creative work and ideally have experience as a brand savvy all-rounder Graphic Designer.
You'll be able to work in a timely manner and your prior experience ensures that you have the ability to really listen to the brief resulting in less time briefing, less time repeating information and less edits to design work.
Ideally, you'll have experience and an understanding of government for this role as well.
You'll be self managed when it comes to managing your time to ensure that you are hitting your deadlines, communicating any concerns, and capable of providing top quality results.
You'll be right across the Adobe Creative Suite CC using a MAC platform, and able to proof and quality control of concept, design and finished artwork to a senior level. You'll also be across Microsoft Office and be comfortable in using the key applications in this suite.
This requirement is currently an offsite requirement although it may become a combination of offsite and on-site (CBD based) as the assignment continues.
This opportunity is due to commence early-February and may continue until the middle of this year at this point in time.
