You'll be able to work in a timely manner and your prior experience ensure that you have the ability to really listen to the brief resulting in less time briefing, less time repeating information and less edits to design work. This means a mature understanding of (and sometimes having to interpreting with our help) design briefs along with excellent client liaison skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
You're not precious either. You understand that working in an environment that has internal processes means that there will sometimes be last minute changes or even a project being placed on hold. You've got the maturity and ability to go with the flow and to provide a high level service each day.
