I have a wonderful opportunity available for a mid-weight Project Manager to join this experience design agency based in Melbourne’s trendy inner suburbs.
  
If you are experienced working on spatial design projects, in a branding design agency, have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and you’re a wonderful communicator, I’d love to hear from you!
  
This role will see you working closely with the studio project management design and accounts teams. You are a key motivator who aids in the successful delivery of highly strategic, engaging experiences and interiors across brand activation, merchandising, installations, customer journeys, environmental design, communications, digital interactive displays, VR, 2D and 3D multi-sensory experiences.
  
You are a confident account manager who loves to build strong relationships with existing and new clients. An experienced multi-tasker, you are capable scheduling and trafficking projects, gathering project drawings, documentation, digital assets and liaising with external suppliers and consultants.
  
You enjoy optimising new processes to streamline the studio and are experienced interpreting new client briefs, managing financials, budgets, scoping projects, reporting and invoicing.
  
This role will see you wearing many hats and will suit a determined project manager who is keen to step up and build their career in a great agency with exciting creative projects!
