They’re a well known Australian business based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with an established team and this role is ideal for a Product Manager with experience in the kids arts and crafts space.
Reporting into the Senior Product Manager the successful candidate will have experience in skills in the Product Management of the full life-cycle of a product.
Ideally you'll have come from a creative background yourself and who has the knowledge and experience of how to put together a product that is going to appeal to the children's arts and crafts space.
You'll oversee the technical and creative management of product development, including concept briefing and finished art to Australia and retail specific standards.
You'll have experience with compliance and QA requirements, liaising with oversees suppliers, identifying market trends and negotiations for pricing for product materials and other components.
You'll also be contributing to the range strategy, packaging and product design process for each product, along with inventory management and assist with demand planning.
If you have experience in putting together basic packaging to simple sets within this space, then this could be the ideal permanent opportunity for you.

You'll have a high level of attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time without dropping the ball.
When it comes to software, you'll be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and email. Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator will be highly considered but not necessarily required for this role.
While this position is currently offsite due to the pandemic, there is the intention that this position will return onsite in 2021 based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
This position exists because the business is going through growth at the moment and requires more hands on deck to deal with the demand.
