Job Description

We are currently looking for a Presentation Specialist to work onsite with a leading management consulting firm for a 12 month contract.

In this PC based environment, you'll be required to produce high-quality graphics for major internal and external presentations, working within established design and style guides.  Your prior experience in a similar role means that you know the ins and outs of ensuring that the presentation and editorial standards are being upheld and that the work is created in a timely and accurate manner.

You'll also be required to use customised charting software and Excel to produce charts and graphs that can be imported into the presentation, so you need to have experience in working with Excel.

Your role will also be to support the graphics team and broader office in managing workload overflows and liaising with case teams as necessary along with the production of Marketing and Recruiting digital and printed materials for internal and external events.
  
You'll have skills across:

  • Design and style guidelines and PowerPoint templates/themes
  • Add-ins for PowerPoint e.g. customised ribbon macros for automating tasks
  • Charting software other than PowerPoint/Excel charts
  • Excel functions and data confidence with different chart types

To be suitable for this opportunity, you'll need to have experience in a similar corporate or professional services background where you've worked with these kinds of briefs and where the work is high volume presentations.

You'll be an absolute expert in PowerPoint and you'll be more than comfortable in Excel along with some skills in Creative Suite CC.  As mentioned before, this is a PC environment and you will be required to work on the PC.
