This role will see you working with the existing team and supported by the Creative Director in creating, developing and producing a high level of creative solutions across both print and digitally to support the marketing department across these well known brands.
Ideally, you'll be digitally led but also have the ability to apply your thinking to print channels as well.
Your industry experience will assist in your ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you can collaborate with team members across projects to ensure a high quality of work.
This is a highly collaborative environment; from the Creative Director all the way across to your team mates. You'll be required to work across all types of mediums; from digital, retail POS and retail print, and you'll conceptualise and execute campaign event creative throughout the brand strategy schedule.
You'll pride yourself on keeping up to date with technology and be able to clearly communicate 'best practice' industry knowledge and experience in print and digital retail spheres. My client is ideally looking for someone who takes a lot of pride and passion with working in this space.
This is an environment where you will be given feedback from stakeholders and your ability to refine and interpret constructive feedback along with collaborating and influencing creativity and excellence in performance will see you kick major goals. There will be creative challenges so the ability to demonstrate resilience and determination to deliver will be an advantage.
You'll have 5 years industry experience in a similar fast paced retail in house environment, web design, HTML and eDM experience, and a strong design sensibility with experience building catalogues.
You'll also have the ability to think creatively and execute this down retail communication channels such as print, catalogue, POS and digital.
On the eDM side, you'll have strong digital experience in designing eDMs and front end site assets in accordance with the brand guidelines, and of course, you'll have excellent technical skills with Adobe CC (mainly InDesign and Photoshop).
This is obviously a fast paced environment, and so your ability to self manage your own project time lines and ensure you deliver everything on time and accurately is vital. You'll also have the ability to think laterally and general conceptual approaches in the area of retail communications.
