As their newest Marketing Manager which sits within the People and Marketing Division the primary goal is to support portfolio marketing with end-to-end campaign management, from planning to execution and optimisation.
There will also be the need to deliver various other marketing initiatives from brief to execution, across touch points such as TV, digital, print and internal comms. The business have taken strides to invest in the digital and creative functions and you'd be working with several in-house designers and creatives.
You'll work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the delivery of successful campaigns and sometimes provide support to the event management team.
For what is traditionally viewed as a more complex stakeholder environment this business embraces a flat structure and you'll be working with the SLT and more senior stakeholders from day one.
About you:
In order to be considered, you will need to bring:
- At least 5 years of experience, from either a financial services, professional services, banking or advertising/marketing agency background.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, understanding how to appeal to them and effect change through data driven storytelling.
- Experience working across a range of media vehicles including digital, traditional and internal comms.
- Strong Organisational Skills, an attention to detail and a track record of executing projects to completion - with results to back up your efforts.
- A collaborative approach to problem solving and work, this team all pull together to get work done.
- Experience with mar-tech as the company is investing sustainably in digital transformation in this area.
- Experience working with media and digital agencies as third party suppliers.
