To be suitable for this role, you’ll ideally need to have 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Marketing Manager for a reputable brand. Sorry, but they’re really keen to find people that have worked in house and client side for this and not from an agency.
This is a hands on role, and your prior experience means that you can easily demonstrate how you’ve developed strong people skills, world class business skills, and importantly for this role, industry experience in labour hire, recruitment, and/or franchising.
This means that if you have experience as a Franchisor Marketing Manager where you’ve overseen a reputable network of offices, stores or franchisees, then you’re definitely got the advantage that they’re looking for.
This role will see you project manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives, and you’ll have experience in developing data driven, client focused, actionable Marketing Plans.
You’ll know brand management inside out and you’ll also have experience with online marketing and social media management at a hands on level.
You’ll also be able to track both the progress and reporting on variances in the marketing budget as well as tracking the effectiveness of marketing through quantitative measures.
This role will be directly interfacing with the franchisees/customers, and you’re driven in delivering value to them while offering a consistent approach that takes into account the interests of all parties involved.
