As a Marketing Designer you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s online presence and visual branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation: Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, online ads, and property listings as well as collaborating with the Research Team to create visually appealing informative market reports.
Brand Strategy: Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials, refine the visual style guide and implement creative solutions that resonate with company goals and industry trends.
Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the Social Media Strategist to create digital content that supports social media strategies, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and property visibility by providing design support for integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with leasing agents on promotional materials.
Print Design: Create print materials like brochures, signage, and presentations.
Project Management: Lead multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized design files.
Videography & Photography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content to showcase properties, ensuring visuals meet company standards and incorporate current trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with WordPress, marketing automation tools, and experience in designing digital ads.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Familiarity with video production and editing software is required. While you don’t need to be an expert, a basic understanding of photography and video editing, along with examples showcased in your portfolio, is essential.
Previous experience in real estate or commercial property marketing is a plus.
