The Work
Our clients range from boutique labels to major national retailers. They need designers who are comfortable jumping into:
- Print & Layout: Catalogues, POS, in-store signage, and campaign rollouts.
- Digital & Social: E-commerce assets, UI/UX tweaks, and social media creative.
- Light Motion: Basic edits and transitions in After Effects or Premiere Pro (you don't need to be a specialist, just capable of creating assets for social and web).
- 3+ years of retail experience: You understand the pace and the technical requirements of the sector.
- Technical Precision: You are a Creative Cloud expert with a high standard for finished art and layout.
- Efficiency: You can manage your own desk, meet tight deadlines, and use modern feedback/annotation tools without a hitch.
- Flexibility: You're open to a mix of onsite work in Melbourne and hybrid/remote setups.
